From the Niagara Falls Gazette, Niagara Falls, New York, March 22, 1972: Mr. and Mrs. Everett Alan Mahannah, 35 Parkview Ave., Bronxville, N.Y., formerly of this city, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary March 11. A party was given by the couple's children at the home of their parents. Mr. Mahannah, a native of North Tonawanda, and the former Alice Boyd were married March 11, 1922, in First Baptist Church, this city. The Rev. Arthur B. Mercer officiated. Mr. and Mrs. Mahannah have three children: E. Alan Mahannah Jr., Excelsior, Minnesota and Gerald Boyd Mahannah, this city, and Barbara Mahannah, Bronxville. They also have six grandchildren.
