From The Bridgeport Telegram, August 20, 1926: Another pretty wedding tomorrow will be that of Miss Leila Barnum daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Barnum of Watson Street to Harry E. Lyon. Jr., son of Mr.and Mrs. Harry E. Lyon of Lewis Street. The ceremony will take place at the church of the Nativity at 3 o'clock with the Rev. H C Dyer the pastor, officiating. Mrs. H.E. Barnum, sister-in-law of the bride will be matron of honor and there will be two bridesmaids, the Misses Claire and Ruth Barnum cousins of the bride. Harold E. Barnum brother of the bride will be best man and the ushers will be Henry Feyrer and William Feyrer.
