From Find A Grave: Rev Orien Sherman Barnum; Birth: May 8, 1866; Death: Jan. 29, 1958. Rev. O. S. Barnum, an early pastor of the Presbyterian and Congregational churches, passed away Wednesday evening, Jan. 29, 1958 at the Chelan Community Hospital. He was born May 8, 1866 in Chico, California and was graduated from the San Anselmo Theological Seminary in San Francisco in 1896. Mr. Barnum was married to Grace Elliott of Merced, California. He is survived by his wife, Grace; two daughters, Mrs. R. J. Vogler of Chelan, Mrs. Ruth Ridder of Portland; and one grandson, A/C Ronald Vogler, Harlingen, AFB. Services were held Saturday. Rose Chapel of the Smith Funeral Home, Chelan, in charge. Burial: Chelan Fraternal Cemetery, Chelan, Chelan County, Washington, USA. Plot: South Fraternal.
