A One-Name Study for the BARNUM/BARNHAM Surname
From the Record-Eagle, Traverse City, Michigan, Saturday, September 3, 1966: Harold A. Barnum, 84 of Traverse City died Friday (September 2). Mr. Barnum was born January 10, 1882 in Cooperstown, New York. In 1912, he moved to Detroit where he was employed by Timkin Axel Co. and had been a Traverse City resident since his retirement in 1952. On August 18, 1910 he was married to Edna Johnson who survives. Also surviving is a sister Mrs. Laura Ellsworth of Cooperstown, N.Y. Burial in Grand Traverse Memorial Gardens.
