It named the following beneficiaries: son Henry, Manor of Withcock, Leicester; brother Roger, land bought of Roger; child Margaret WILKES (wife of Sir Thomas); child Sibil; son William; wife Joan; servant James RAKINS; mother Dorothy POOLE (wife of Sir Henry POOLE, knight of Rhodes); brothers Roger, Francis, Clement, Erasmus, Robert, George; executor Francis; son Francis, residue; daughter Elizabeth CALTHROP, nil; daughter Dorothy BARNHAM, nil.
