Lyndonville - Mrs. Anna M. BARNUM, 82, widow of the late T. Edward BARNUM, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Oakley PARSELS, East Yates Center, yesterday morning. Although Mrs. BARNUM had been in poor health for several years, her death followed a more severe illness of about two months.
Mrs. BARNUM was born in Carlton May 17, 1869, daughter of Olin and Maria RAMSHAW FULLER. She married Mr. BARNUM of Lyndonville on Nov. 27, 1890, and they celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1940, prir(prior) to Mr. BARNUM’s death. She was a member of Lyndonville Methodist Church, a member and past matron of Yates Chapter 215, O.E.S., and an honorary member of the Literary and Historical Club.
Funeral service will be held from Smythe Funeral Home Sunday at 2:30 p.m. with the Rev. Raymond Draffin officiating and burial in Lynhaven Cemetery.
