Mrs. Mary L. (SAXTON) BARNUM, 81, of North Lyndonville Road, Lyndonville, died suddenly July 16 in the Medina Memorial Hospital. She is survived by three cousins, Hartley PAYNE of Canandaigua, Irma ARDELL of Canandaigua, and Louise PURDY of Canandaigua; five sisters-in-law, Lena SAXTON of Medina, Edith BARNUM of Medina, Marie BARNUM of Medina, Alice BARNUM of Lyndonville and Dorothy DUNHAM of Waterport; a brother-in-law, Clifton (Ruth) BARNUM of Lyndonville and several nieces and nephews.
Friends and relatives called July 18 at the Barnes-Tuttle Funeral Home, Inc., 112 North Main St., Lyndonville where funeral services were held Tuesday, July 19 at 2 p.m. The Rev. Stephen Devine of the United Presbyterian Church of Lyndonville officiated, and burial was in Lynhaven Cemetery, Lyndonville. Memorials may be made to the United Presbyterian Church of Lyndonville, or to the Mary Smith Community Library.
