Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Parsons of 1 Fifth Avenue, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Miss Doris Morraine Parsons, to Dwight Barnum, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dana Barnum of Boston. Miss Parsons was graduated from Fairfax Hall in Virginia with the class of '27, and spent the next year in travel in Europe.
Mr. Barnum was graduated from Harvard with the class of '27. His father is president of the Boston Consolidated gas Company.
