From the Daily News of Batavia, NY March 17, 2004: Clifton G. Barnum, 92, who spent most of his life in Lydonville, NY working as a dairy farmer and owning a grocery store died Sunday March 13, 2004. He was born In Lydonville. He spent his later years living with his children in New Jersey and California. He was the husband of the late Ruth Millis Barnum. Survivors include a son, Gary C. Barnum; a daughter Connie Sue Gurrola; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The SSDI gives a birth date of June 21, 1911.
