A One-Name Study for the BARNUM/BARNHAM Surname
From the NY Times of August 18, 1906: Hempstead, LI--Aug. 17-Frederick Leighton Harris of Brooklyn died today at the country home of his mother-in-law, Mrs. Joshua W. Barnum at Meadow Brook. His death resulted from appendicitis. He had been ill only three days. Mr. Harris married Miss Maie Richmond Barnum on October 21 last. He belonged to several Brooklyn organizations and was a member of the Meadow Brook colony.
