In 1930, Ward and Belle Barnum were enumerated in Hamburg, Erie County, New York.
From the Dunkirk (NY) Evening Observer, Thursday, November 19, 1942: Friends in Fredonia have learned of the sudden death of Ward, P. Barnum, 86, formerly of Fredonia, at his home in Hamburg. He was taken seriously ill Monday. Mr. Barnum will be remembered by many of the older residents of Fredonia as one of the active members of the old Taber Felt Company which operated a plant in East Main Street 40 years or more ago. He is survived by his wife. Burial in Fredonia, NY.
