I am not married. I have no children. My last place of foreign residence was Acme, Canada. I emigrated to the United States for Calgary, Canada. My lawful entry for permanent residence in the United States was at Sumas, Washington under the name of Barnum, Dora on March 18, 1918, on the C. P. Ry.
Dorothy Barnum, child of Louis Octave Barnum and May Ludlow, passed away November 12, 2006 in Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington. She was 93 years old and the last surviving child of Louis and May. She had entered an assisted living facility in June of 2006 and died there in November.
