A One-Name Study for the BARNUM/BARNHAM Surname
From the Daily Inter Lake, Kalispell, Montana, Friday, August 10, 1956: John G. Barnum, 62, of Columbia Falls, died in Whitefish, Montana yesterday. Mr. Barnum had been a resident of Columbia Falls the past four years and came here from Fort Benton where he had lived about 26 years. He was a former resident of Flathead before moving to Fort Benton. Mr. Barnum was a watch repairman and jeweler at Columbia Falls. He is survived by his wife, Sylvia, at home; one daughter, Mrs. Ada M. Anderson, now in British Columbia; three grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Colver Donelson of Mateno, Illinois.
