Member of the Church of the Master, the OES Mizpah Chapter #38, Order of White Shrine and Westerville Senior Center. Preceded in death by husband Melvin Hicks, son Thomas D. Hicks, brothers Frank and Wallace Barnum. Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Larry H. and Renee Hicks of Columbus; daughter and son-in-law, Kay and Tom Thompson of Columbus; grandsons, Gary Hicks, Jeffrey and Mark Thompson; granddaughter, Susan Thompson; 4 great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Moreland Funeral Home, 55 E. Schrock Rd., Westerville, Sunday 2-4 p.m., where service will be held Monday 2 p.m. Rev. Linden Damschroder officiating. Interment Blendon Central Cemetery.
