Evert Quintard II, son of Isaac Quintard and Elizabeth Pickett (daughter of Ezra Pickett and Deborah Stuart), for many years the highly respected citizen and noted cabinet manufacturer and furniture dealer of Norwalk, married, first, November 29, 1819, Elizabeth, daughter of Timothy and Abigail (Smith) Whitney, and had:
William Lewis Quintard, born September 20, 1820;
Francis Edmond Quintard, born October 10, 1823;
Mary Elizabeth Quintard, born October 10, 1827, Mrs. Bennett D. Lunn.
Evert Quintard II married, second, Mrs. Maria Saint John of Darien.
William Lewis Quintard married, May 13, 1846, Lydia Ensign Treat, born October 8, 1823, and had:
Mary Caroline Quintard, born March 24, 1847 (Mrs. Charles A. Tucker);
William Evert Quintard, born November 5, 1848, died unmarried, October 19, 1886.
Mrs. Charles A. Tucker was married August 1, 1883, and died June 14, 1897. Her husband, Charles Arthur Tucker, son of Samuel B. and Amanda M. (Hazel) Tucker of West Hartford, VT, married, second, June 29, 1899, Georgia Alice Barnum, daughter of Edward [sic] R. Barnum of Bethel.
