Death Record: Joshua Chamberlin, son of Sherman P. Barnum M.D. of this Parish and Sarah Chamberlin his wife, died on the twenty-first day of January one thousand eight hundred and fifty three and was buried on the twenty-third day of the same in presence of the subscribing witnesses, by me, James Reid. Signtures: S. P. Barnum and A. Kemp. From the registers of the Holy Trinity Anglican Church (also called Bishop Stewart Memorial Church) serving Saint Armand East (now called Frelighsburg). Baptism. On this twenty first day of April one thousand eight hundred and fifty two, Joshua Chamberlin, son of Sherman P. Barnum of this Parish, M.D. and Sarah Chamberlin his wife, born on the twenty seventh day of March last past, was baptized. The parents, who have hereunto set and subscribed their names, stood as sponsors. Signed: James Reid, Rector. Signatures: S.P. Barnum and Sarah Barnum.
