From The New York Times, January 19, 1965: DeWitt Clinton Howell, 55 of Framingham, Mass. Died suddenly January 16, 1965 at Boston. A graduate of Colgate University in 1932, he served in the Navy in the South Pacific during World War II; after the war he worked in New York in the advertising field. He resigned his position with Look Magazine in 1956 and came to Boston as Vice President of Structo Schools, then a subsidiary of Anderson Nichols. In 1960, he established his own business, Creative Marketing Services, Inc. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Ethel B. Howell, a brother Francis P. Howell of Greenwich, Conn.; his wife Joan Ketcham and five children, Sally, DeWitt Jr., Sandra, Debra and Jill.
