From the Patriot-News, (Harrisburg, PA) - July 27, 2001: Edyth E. Barnum Cook, 69, of Mechanicsburg, formerly of Outlook Pointe of Dillsburg, died Wednesday in Woodlawn Center for Nursing, Fairview Twp. She was a member of Silver Spring Presbyterian Church, Silver Spring Twp. She was the widow of Richard T. Cook. Surviving are a son, William of Mechanicsburg; a daughter, Denise Robinson of Boiling Springs; three sisters, Marjory Hinman of Windsor, N.Y., Laurella Christensen of Windsor, N.Y., and Janet Stahl of York Haven, and three grandchildren. Burial will be in Mechanicsburg Cemetery.
