A One-Name Study for the BARNUM/BARNHAM Surname
In the 1810 US Census Rufus Judson and his family were enumerated in Naples, Ontario, New York. In about 1811 or 1812 they moved to Vermilion, Erie, Ohio, where they were enumerated in 1820 and 1830. [Note: The county location given for the town of Vermilion in the census of 1820 and 1830 was Huron. However, Huron is actually another town, also located in Erie County. Research has not revealed the reason for the error].
