A One-Name Study for the BARNUM/BARNHAM Surname
From The Times Record, Troy, N.Y., Monday Evening, October 10, 1966: Mrs. Margaret Barnum Brandt, 87, of 1062 Troy-Schenectady Rd., Niskayuna, a native of Green Island, died Saturday (October 8) after a long illness. She was a resident of the Schenectady area for several years and was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America. She was the widow of Alfred L. Brandt. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. James C. Anderson of Colonie; a sister, Mrs. Sadie Rysedorph of Green Island; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
The funeral will be tomorrow at 11 a.m. from the Baxter Funeral Home, Schenectady. Rev. Raymond Van Zoeren, a retired clergyman, will officiate. Interment will be in Vale Cemetery, Schenectady.
