A One-Name Study for the BARNUM/BARNHAM Surname
From the Bridgeport Post, Connecticut, August 8, 1963: Services for Mrs. Minnie Wolfe Barnum, 91, widow of LeRoy Barnum, who died yesterday in her home will take place Saturday at 9 AM in Trinity Episcopal Church. Burial will be in Park Cemetery. Born in Bridgeport, Mrs. Barnum was a lifelong resident of the area. Survivors are a son, Harold E. Barnum of Bridgeport; a daughter, Mrs. Leila E. Lyon of Bridgeport; four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
