Notes for Minnie B. PUGSLEY


From the Putnam County Courier, Thursday, March 5, 1959: Miss Minnie B. Pugsley, 85, of South Street, died Friday, February 27, 1959 in Pawling after a long illness. She was born December 19, 1874, in Patterson a daughter of the late Lewis and Josephine (Barnum) Pugsley, Sr.
She was educated in the Patterson schools. Miss Pugsley is survived by three brothers, Edgar of Pawling, Lewis and Sterling of Patterson; two sisters, Mrs. William O. Taylor and Mrs. Towner Kent, both of Patterson. Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p. m. at the Dwyer Funeral home, Patterson. The Rev. George Beimler, pastor of the Patterson Presbyterian church officiated. Burial was in the Maple Avenue Cemetery.
