Eustis, Fla. — Bruce Carlyle Dibble, 81, of Mount Dora, Fla., died March 9, 2000, in Florida. He was born July 11, 1918, in Bloomville, the son of Roland and Alta (Salsbury) Dibble. His wife, Aletha Dibble, predeceased him in December 1999. He was employed in trucking as a driver. The Dibbles spent the winter in Mount Dora, Fla., and summered in Caroga Lake, N.Y. In Florida he attended the First United Methodist Church of Tavares and served on the Recreation Committee of Hibiscus Park, Mount Dora, Fla.; and was a member of the North Bush United Methodist Church in Caroga Lake, N.Y. Mr. Dibble is survived by two sons, Michael Dibble of Foster, Okla., and Dickson Dibble of Monticello, Fla.; a daughter, Donna Allen of Astatula, Fla.; five grandchildren; and a brother, Roland "Junior" Dibble of Atwater, Calif. Services for Mr. Dibble will take place Tuesday, May 30, 2000, at 2 p.m., with Pastor Richard Elder officiating, at the MacArthur Funeral Home, Hobart. Burial for Mr. and Mrs. Dibble will follow in Valley View Cemetery, Rose's Brook, South Kortright, N.Y. Arrangements are with the MacArthur Funeral Home, Hobart, N.Y.
