Edward Sutton, 2nd Baron Dudley (c. 1460 – 31 January 1532) was an English nobleman, the son of Edmund de Sutton, Knight of Dudley Castle and Gatescombe, and Joyce de Tiptoft, daughter of Sir John de Tibetot and Joyce de Cherleton (daughter of Edward Charleton, 5th Baron Cherleton). By the right of his wife Joyce, Edmund had become Baron Tibetot and Baron Cherleton.
Edward Sutton, 2nd Baron Dudley married Cecily Willoughby, by whom he had issue: Eleanor, Margaret, Jane (Joan), Catherine, Joyce, Dorothy, Elizabeth, Constancia, Alice and John (John Sutton, 3rd Baron Dudley), Edward, Thomas, William, Arthur, Geoffrey, and George.
His daughter Jane was the mother of Thomas Fiennes, 9th Baron Dacre, who was executed for murder in 1541.
His daughter Eleanor married firstly, Charles Somerset, 1st Earl of Worcester, and secondly, Leonard Grey, 1st Viscount Grane.
His daughter Elizabeth married Thomas Butler, a son of Piers Butler, 8th Earl of Ormond.
His daughter Margaret married John Grey, 2nd Baron Grey of Powis, and was the mother of Edward Grey, 3rd Baron Grey of Powis.
His daughter Joyce married John Leighton of Watlesburgh and their son, Thomas Leighton (Sir Governor of Jersey) married Elizabeth Knollys, daughter of Catherine, Lady Knollys and sister of Lettice Knollys.
