A One-Name Study for the BARNUM/BARNHAM Surname
From the Grand Ledge Independent, p. 1., Friday, 27 Feb 1925: Funeral of Mrs. Asa Boyer. Mesdames W. W. Shane, Clarence Toaz, Forrest Spencer and Henry Ludbrook went to Mulliken Tuesday to attend the funeral of Mrs. Asa Boyer who passed away after a week's illness.
Mrs. Boyer, née Miss Della Barnum, was well known in Grand Ledge having resided here many years with her mother and sisters and was prominent in social and church work being an active member of the Methodist church. Mrs. Boyer is survived by her husband and two sisters; a sister, Nora, passed away a few weeks ago.
