From the Wisconsin State Journal, Sunday, 5 June 1960: Beloit — Mrs. Olive Barnum, 96, Beloit, died at home Saturday.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at the Rosman-Jehling-Kinzer funeral home, Beloit. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon today.
Mrs. Barnum had been a Beloit resident for more than 60 years. She was born in Rock County in 1863 and married to Eber Barnum in 1882. She was a member of the Second Congregational Church of Beloit. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Elsa Radway, Mrs. Earl VanLone and Lela Barnum all of Beloit; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
