Laura Barnum Kellogg died at peace on December 15, 2011 at age 84. Laurie was the beloved wife of Berk, mother of Gregg and Kim, grandmother of Andy Ngo, Carl Red Bird, Lena Belvin and Thomas Belvin, great grandmother of Brandon Ngo. Laurie was born January 12, 1927 to Lawrence and Fredonia Barnum in Riverside California. She grew up in south west Los Angeles and spent many a happy summer on Catalina Island. She graduated from Occidental College and taught 2nd grade at Corona del Mar Elementary School. Laurie was born January 12, 1927 to Lawrence and Fredonia Barnum in Riverside California. She grew up in south west Los Angeles and spent many a happy summer on Catalina Island. She had a kind and generous nature and will be missed.
Memorial services will be held at St. Mark's Presbyterian Church on Monday December 19th at 2:00 PM.
