A One-Name Study for the BARNUM/BARNHAM Surname
From the Schenectady Gazette, Friday, June 3, 1966: Mrs. Ina Herron Barnum, 69, of 1842 Helderberg Avenue died yesterday at Ellis Hospital after a long illness. Born at Howes Cave, (Schoharie County) New York, Mrs. Barnum had lived most of her life in the Schenectady area. She was the widow of John Barnum. She is survived by two sons; Harold Barnum and Noel Deland, both of Schenectady; two sisters, Mrs. Edna Zoellner of Scotia and Mrs. May Moore of Cobleskill, and five grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at the Bond funeral home at 2 p.m. tomorrow. Rev. Richard Campbell, pastor of Fishers Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Fisher Cemetery.
