Ira Barnum’s daughter Ina married Charles “Charlie” Lenz. They are buried in South Evans Cemetery, Trenton, Missouri. They had two daughters: Alice Leona and Iva.
From the Ames Daily Tribune, Ames, Iowa, Monday, October 6, 1975: Ina Lenz dies Sunday. Mrs. Ina Lenz, 89, Cambridge, died October 5 at North Grand Care Center. Services are Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. from the Blackmore-Whitaker Funeral Home in Trenton, Mo., with Pastor Tom Detmer of the Nazareth Lutheran Church, Cambridge, officiating. Burial is in the South Evans Cemetery in Trenton, Missouri. Mrs. Lenz was born Sept. 28, 1886 in Hedrick, Iowa. She and Charles Lenz were married March 17, 1918 in Ft. Scott, Kan. He preceded her in death July 8, 1950. Mrs. Lenz moved to Cambridge from Albert Lea, Minn. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. (Alice) Leona Wimer, Cambridge and Mrs. Iva Anderson, New Richmond, Minn.; two grandchildren and a great grandchild. Stevens Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
