A One-Name Study for the BARNUM/BARNHAM Surname
From the Leader Enterprise, Montpelier, Ohio, March 5, 1970: H. Brooks Barnum, 74, died Tuesday at his home in Bryan, Ohio following a long illness. Funeral services were held at 2 pm today at the Grisier Funeral Home, Stryker. Burial followed in the Boynton Cemetery near Stryker.
Mr. Barnum was a lifelong resident of Stryker except for the past few years when he moved to Bryan about eight years ago. He was a member of the Stryker United Methodist Church, Williams County Farm Bureau and Masonic Lodge no. 511.
Surviving are his wife, Leota of Bryan; and two sons, Cloice and Leland both of Stryker and seven grandchildren.
