On 25 August 2015 Pauline C. Merrick of Brookfield, Massachusetts (bmd101@netzero.net) wrote: I need to mention that you are missing a daughter of Isaac. His will mentions a grandson named Eli Segur. Eli's mother was named Catherine. She apparently only had the one son, and I'm not sure when she died but it was before 1761. Her husband was John Segur. I know this from a guardianship record from 1761 where Eli is choosing his father John as his legal guardian. Eli Segur died 24 Aug 1822 at age 75. He is on Find A Grave.

I also found a bible record for Eli Segur. Back in 1934, the local DAR started transcribing bible records, and they are in bound volumes at the library. This is the first time I have actually found something in them.
Volume 12, pages 5-11 are notes from Benjamin Ambler's bible. Benjamin Ambler's mother was Polly Segur, daughter of Eli and Elizabeth (Ruggles) Segur (his second wife).
Elizabeth Ruggles Segur was the daughter of Joseph Ruggles, who was a partner in the Iron Works in Brookfield. That is stated in the bible record. What I know from my previous research is that one of his partners in the iron works was William Hamlin.
