From the Star-Herald, Scottsbluff, Nebraska: Isabell E. Weller, 67, of Scottsbluff, died Friday, Aug. 2, 2013, at her home surrounded by her family.
A luncheon and memorial service for family/friends will be held at noon on Wednesday, Aug. 7, at Frank Park in Scottsbluff. Pastor Al Wilson will be officiating service at 2 p.m. Â

Per her wishes her body has been donated to the Nebraska Anatomical Board, State of Nebraska, for medical education and research.
Elda was born June 3, 1946, at Stapleton, Neb. to Gerald and Bertha (Favinder) Barnum. She graduated from Baker Rural High at Stapleton. She married David Weller Jr. and to this union three sons were born. They moved to Scottsbluff valley, making it home for the last 35 years. Elda owned and operated a ceramic shop in Scottsbluff and worked at Bush’s Gaslight Restaurant in Gering for many years. The last few years she has enjoyed caring for and spending time with all her grandchildren.
Survivors include her sons, Anthony (Terri) Weller, Shane Sr. (Carrie) Weller, and Kenneth Weller; her precious grandchildren; mother-in-law, Minnie Weller; sister, Louise James; and brothers, Ralph (Katharina) Barnum, Ora (Sara) Barnum, and Gerald (Donna) Barnum; brother-in-law, Milo Freeman, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Elda was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David Weller Jr.; sisters, Goldie Freeman and B. Evelyn (and husband August) Schutt; and sister-in-law, Patricia Barnum.
