Notes for Luther Chamberlin BARNUM

Luther C. Barnum was a Methodist preacher. He came with his ox team from Vermont as a pioneer, and settled in the woods at Sheldon, New York, about 1820. He was an itinerant preacher much of his life, and also a manufacturer of potash.
