Notes for Seth BARNUM

During the Revolutionary War, Seth Barnum was a private in the 6th Company, 5th Regiment, Colonel David Waterbury's Connecticut Line. He enlisted 12 May 1775 and was discharged 13 December 1775. he later emigrated to Ohio. The Barnum Family, 1350-1907, leaves out a generation and mistakenly lists him as a son of his grandfather.
'The Barnum Family' says 3 Nov 1854, an obvious typographical error.
