Notes for Lewis Henry BARNUM

From an unidentified contemporary newspaper: Death Claims Lewis Barnum. Funeral services for Lewis Barnum, who died at his home in Maplewood Ave. Honeoye Falls yesterday, will be held Sunday at 3 p.m in St. John’s Episcopal Church with the Rev. John Dennis officiating. Mr. Barnum was born in Honeoye Falls and resided there through his life time. He is survived by his widow Selina, a son Gordon and daughter Virginia King, both of East Rochester.

From the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle, Friday, September 9, 1938: Barnum—Passed away Sept. 8. at his home in Maplewood Avenue, Honeoye Falls, Lewis H. Barnum.
Besides his wife, Salina M. Washburn, he is survived by his son, Gordon; a daughter, Mrs. Virginia King, and nine grandchildren.
—Prayer, from the home Sunday, Sept, 11. at 2:30 p. m. Funeral from St. John's Episcopal Church at 3 pm. Interment at Mendon Cemetery.
