The Barnum Family (both editions) shows this individual as Jerusha Simmons and also as a child of Eliphalet Barnum and Elizabeth Benedict. Since the given name "Jerusha" is use by several female members of the Barnum family, I've placed her here as a daughter of the family. However, the reader is cautioned that this family also includes a daughter Mary Barnum, who is shown in the Genealogical Record of the Barnum Family as married to Jerusha Gurnsey. The Barnum Family, 1517-1904 shows Mary Barnum and Jerushe Gurnsey in close proximity, but it is not completely clear whether Jerusha/Jerushe is intended as the husband of Mary or as a married sibling.
