A Family
Tree of the BARNUM/BARNHAM Family Worldwide

Notes for Anthony CLOWES
He was a citizen and candler. His will was dated 1625.
He was buried at Saint Bartholomew by the Exchange. That church was destroyed in 1666, rebuilt by Wren, and demolished in 1891.
He was baptized at Saint Christopher le Stocks. Saint Margaret Lothbury (1.24 mi. north of London City Center) was probably destroyed in the Great Fire of 1666, since it was rebuilt 1686-1700. Saint Christopher le Stocks was united to Lothbury in 1781.
