Notes for Edward Hiram BARNUM

I believe that Edward must have objected to his middle name and changed it later in life. In his record of baptism he is shown as Edward Hiram Barnum and in the 1900 US Census as Edward H. Barnum. However, in his WWI and WWII draft records he is shown as Edward Richard Barnum and in the US Census of 1940 as Edward R. Barnum.
