Notes for Ethelmae Nellie CIKANEK

Ethel is buried in Mercer Cemetery, Mercer, Wisconsin. As of 2004, there was no stone on her grave.

Ethel’s father was Charlie Christenson, but Emil Cikanek was the Dad who
raised her as if she were his own daughter and bailed her out of trouble
many times. She had epilepsy. She lived alone at the time of her death and perhaps died from a seizure. Ethel was full of fun and laughter and wasn't afraid to tackle any job or task.

She worked as Donny’s assistant for Radke Construction in Hartford, Wisconsin for many years. She and Donny had no children.
